ARTICULATION SYSTEM FOR TRAMS
There have double articulation plate and overhead telescopic rod for JVS double articulation system of trams. Double articulation plate: with two sides of lower articulation and a middle of connection frame. Two sides of lower articulation be fixed in vehicle body and connection frame by the bolt. The double articulation plate not only transmit the longitudinal acceleration caused by traction and braking so that the adjacent vehicles can carry out the rotary motion on horizontal and vertical surfaces, and also provide lateral movement that perpendicular to the direction of the travel for the adjacent vehicle, improve the adaptability of multi-channel rail vehicles on the S-curve track, to make the multi-section rail vehicles can pass through a variety of complex road conditions. Overhead telescopic rod: it is composed of a built-in compression spring structure. Be connected to the roof of the vehicle body by bolts, limit the side rolling of the gangway, keep the gangway vertical and in the right place, have the centring and spacing limit function to the two vehicles and the gangway, control the deformation of the gangway in a certain range.
